Support and resources relating to mental health are available at  Jaguar Land Rover and are provided internally or through partner organisations. 

Many external support resources are available via the NHS and Mental Health charities.

Occupational Health Department 

If you have a health concern affecting your ability to work, or if your work may be affecting your health, speak to your manager. They may refer you to Occupational Health for further support, if appropriate. 

Please note that Occupational Health does not provide the services of a GP.

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is an anxiety disorder caused by very stressful, frightening or distressing events.
